Now onto the show. [00:00:29] Speaker B: How is everybody today? Are you ready for this? You ready to become a money magnet today? So I think the world teaches us that money is something we earn. Okay? The world is wrong, of course. Money is not earned. We align to money. Money is energy, and it's always in motion. So how do we align to money? By becoming abundance inside of us and then by giving abundance. When we're abundant and we give abundance, then by that law of attraction, we magnetize abundance back to us. So there's a lot of business owners out there who are crying, where's my money? Where's my money? Where's my money? This is Newton's cradle. So whenever you're having a day and you're like, where's my people? Where's my money? It's my market. It's my stupid franchisor. My marketing isn't working. And you're thinking that you need something extra eternal to you to change in order for you to get what you want. I want you to look at your Newton's cradle, think of Kim Daly, and then move a marble. Because Newton taught us that for every action, there's an equal and opposite reaction. Now, this is very hard to do when it's not on the level service. So I'll do my best, okay? So when we move one marble, we get one back. You move two marbles, what's going to happen? You get back. And if you move three marbles, really hard to do, you get three back. What is this demonstrating? For every action, there's an equal and opposite reaction. There's only one creative process in the entire world. It's not just something that happens in nature. This is how we create in our businesses. So whenever you're standing, frustrated, mad, blaming, judging, feeling sorry for yourself, I want you to get your Newton's cradle out and I want you to play with the marbles and I want you to think about who am I being and what am I giving? And also what happens is we take the focus off of ourselves and we switch it to giving and immediately makes us happy. Humans love to give, right? And so you want to give more, give more. You can never out give the universe. You can never give too much. So there's no such thing. It will Always come back to you in equal and opposite proportion. Now, it might not always come back exactly the way you think it's going to come back because the how is not our job. Our job is the what? A million dollar goal. That was mine. I didn't know the how the first year. I had a goal and I knew I had an inspired idea and I took action on the inspired idea. This was something else I said, but didn't say it together. The universe operates by order and action. So order is clarity. And we're going to do a little daily planning later today for those of you who worked with me to invest in a franchise. You've already heard this before and you could probably teach it, but we're going to do a little bit of that. Because you do have to have not just clarity, but the inspired idea to take action from. You don't have to see the whole path, you just have to see the first step. But the universe requires us to move first. Everybody on here who stood on the sideline investigating a franchise, thinking about it, worried about it, right? You couldn't know how to run a business until you took the first step. We all want to sit over there in the known and make all the decisions of our lives, but that's not how it works. You have to be willing to step into the unknown. And that's where we hold the vision of what we want. We don't know the how, we don't know where the resources are going to come from. We are not the source. The universe, the field. God is the source. In his graciousness, he allows us to have free will. If you want to be your source, be your source. Most of us are being our source. And that's why we're limited. That's why we're tired. That's why we're grinding it out, not getting where we want. So what I'm teaching to you is simple and incredibly complicated to actually live. Which is why I created the Z suite. I don't expect you to come to one, you know, two hour class and be like, I got it. You might get it for like a day. And everybody gets it. When life is good, right? When money's flowing and customers are calling and business is good, or you're in the honeymoon period of your business. Yeah, anybody can do it then. But wait till, you know, you lose a deal or you can't get the lease you want, or you can't hire the right manager or you gotta fire somebody, right? When life happens, that's when we go ooh yeah. This is so hard. So order in action is what we are gonna talk about today. And then the other thing I wanted to do is I brought up the book the Strangest Secret. In case you haven't read it yet, I'm gonna give you a preview. We're gonna talk about the law of reaping and sowing. So suppose a farmer has some land, and it's good, fertile land. Now, the land gives the farmer a choice. He may plant in that land whatever he chooses. The land doesn't care. It's up to the farmer to make the decision. Now remember, we're comparing the human mind with the land. Because the mind, like the land, doesn't care what you plant. It will return what you plant, but it doesn't care what you plant. You. That's why I believe this is the best book you could ever read on Mindset. Because where in your life have you ever been taught that your mind absorbs everything you say? We worry about social media, like, oh, it's influencing us. I'm like, no, worry about the record. The stories that you're playing in your head over and over and over. The way that you react to situations and people in your life. On automatic pilot. Our brains are built to survive. We go on automatic pilot, 95% of the thoughts we think every day are the exact same thoughts we thought yesterday and the day before. Until we wake up and become aware and realize, oh, these stories are how I'm creating. Because your subconscious mind is the frequency of your body. So this is why you can effort and effort and effort from your logical mind, you can grind it out. But if inside of you, your subconscious believes money is hard to earn, I'm not worthy of money. Money will make me greedy. I can't be trusted with money. I'm not good with money. Nobody wants what I'm selling. If your frequency is that, I don't care how much you're following your franchisor system, you're never going to build an abundant business. You cannot create abundance from lack. Why? Because you create abundance from abundance. Because like attracts like. That's the law of attraction. So this is what Earl Nightingale is talking about. This is the most easiest book to read and understand that fundamentally when you grasp it, because you read it over and over and over. Because there's a timer on your clock that tells you to go back every 30 days and read it. Repetition is the mother of scale. You become aware and. And awareness is the way that we change. Oh my gosh, look at me thinking from Lack. Oh, my gosh, look at me worried. Oh, my gosh, look at me waking up in the morning and the first thing I'm thinking is, what went wrong yesterday? We all make choices. It doesn't feel like a choice because it's automatic, but it is a choice. And the way that we turn that off is through awareness and reprogramming. So now, let's say the farmer has two seeds. One is a seed of corn, and the other is nightshade, a deadly poison. He digs two little holes in the earth, and he plants both seeds, one corn and the other nightshade. He covers up the holes, waters, and takes care of the land. And what will happen? Invariably, the land will return what was planted. As it's written in the Bible, as ye sow, so shall ye reap. Now, remember, the land doesn't care. It'll return poison in just as wonderful abundance as it will corn. So up come the two plants, one corn and one poison. Well, the human mind is far more fertile, far more incredible and mysterious than the land. But it works exactly the same way. It doesn't care what we plant, success or failure, a concrete, worthwhile goal or confusion, misunderstanding, fear, anxiety and so on. But what we plant, it must return. So this is why money is not earned. Money is a frequency, and it aligns to our frequency. So this is why the Z Suite teaches the effortless way. It doesn't mean you're not working, but it means we align first and then take action from alignment. Because you all know, let's say that you wake up and you're a little bit in a bad mood. Maybe you went to bed in a bad mood and you wake up in the same frequency, basically overnight when you sleep, that is a frequency reset. But because our minds click in the second we become conscious, oftentimes our minds will find the frequency we left off off the night before. Unless we are conscientious about how we enter into sleep and really conscientious about the first thoughts we have when we wake up. And that's a skill that can be learned. So you wake up and you're a little bit grumpy. And then your kid does something, and now you're more grumpy. And then you get in your car and you hit every stinking red light on your road. Or you get behind the slow driver, right? Or maybe you get an offender bender. Why? Why, when everything is going wrong, does more stuff go wrong? It's not happening to you. It's happening from you. [00:10:22] Speaker B: It's not a popular subject that people in especially America today want to hear. We all love to blame other people, myself included. It's so much easier. But is it? When we're trying to build thriving businesses, is it easier to blame somebody else? Because when you blame somebody else, you have no control. I want you to feel totally in control. When you feel that passion in me, when I'm talking about my business, I'm 100% in control. Now. The first year I did it, I didn't know I was in control, but I felt in control. Why? Because I found the inspired idea, oh, I'm not a consultant, I'm a prospector. And I started taking action. And when I started taking action, I found my millionaire self by taking action. By taking the inspired action of picking up the phone and prospecting every day and failing forward, figuring out how to overcome my own fear of picking up the phone and talking to people and asking them if they knew somebody who, who might want to explore a franchise. I failed forward until I found it. And then when people started calling me back and I realized I could cause an effect, right? I am the cause. And the effect was people calling me back. My confidence grew. And that's how I became the vibration of a million dollar consultant before I had a million dollars. So our humanness, we love to believe it because we can see it. And in a franchise, maybe you bought a franchise because you saw other people doing it, but really this is why. I have so many videos on YouTube about why I hate earnings claims. I don't hate them, but why I feel like they do more good damage than they do good because it's setting you up with a limiting mindset of what's possible based on what other people are doing, which has nothing to do with what you're doing because it's all coming from their frequency. So if I was waiting for somebody at Franchoice to make a million dollars, I wouldn't have been a history maker. Now it's better for other consultants now that I've done it. Like Roger Bannister, right? Roger Bannister ran the first four minute mile. Prior to 1956, scientists believed the human body couldn't run that fast. And then Roger Bannister believed he could. And Benny did it. And then what happened in 1956? 28 other humans ran a 4 minute mile. Why did the human body get faster? No. Because most people can't believe it until they can see it. But if you're here, it's because you are calling in something greater than that. You don't want to wait for other people to do it. You want to be the one to do it. So Maybe that's working 20 hours a week and being with your kids and being a mom while you run the most successful stretch lab or bumblebee blinds or franchise consultant or investing community, you can do whatever you want to do. I am living proof, I think, from the idea. I find the frequency of how I think it would feel. I find it and I. And then I wake up every morning and I put on my shoes of that frequency and I put on my shirt of that frequency and I drink my coffee. My coffee cup even says boss lady on it. And then I drive a car that makes me feel like that CEO of that company. You can do that too. When you start to believe it and embody it at this level, that's when you will see all that you want. If you're waiting, then you're signaling to the universe, a frequency of weight. And the universe will always say yes. So the sweet spot is taking inspired action without using too much logical mind power. This is why I paid $100,000 to a coach this year. I paid her because there's a sweet spot between knowing a strategy, efforting enough, detaching enough. Because if you're holding it and wanting it and looking for it, you're actually holding yourself in resistance and being it. But detaching from how it comes to you and when it comes to you. And that's the hard part too, right? How many of us, when we started a franchise or thought about a business, well, when am I going to make the money that I want to make? When, when, when, when, when, right? And we go about all the intellectual exercise to go build these perfect pro formas, and it's all nonsense. Because when happens, when you find the frequency of that abundant you and you are serving your customer in a way. You found a vessel which is your business. The business is nothing more than a vessel for you to flow money through or an investment. So you find a vessel that aligns to you. There is no perfect one. Your commitment is, is, makes it the perfect one. So how does that vessel attract clients to you? Your business is not selling blinds. Your business is not stretching people. Your business is not franchise consulting. Your business is finding people who want what you're selling or hiring training and leading people who work with your clients. When you get the top of the funnel right, the rest falls in line. I go to a chiropractor who never looks at my lower back. He looks to see if my feet are aligned and then he does this little thing in my neck with this like little hammer. Because when the spine is aligned from the top, the rest of it magically falls into place. When your business is aligned from the top, when a franchisor is aligned from the top because they're leading from a culture and a mission and a vision and they're inspiring every graduating class to that mission, everybody falls in line. So that's your job to be in alignment with, with the person who either attracts people who want to learn more about what you're doing. Because when you have enough people wanting to learn and you're being the abundant amazing self that you are emanating this amazing frequency, your closing ratios will naturally go up. The reality is most of it corrects when you correct. When you become the boss who inspires people who wants to give more to their team than they could ever give to you to help you build your business, you will never lose an employee. They will attract their friends to come work and they will work so hard for you. And all you have to do is stop thinking about you and think about them. Give, give, give. So it's a top down approach. I know it sounds easy. It's endlessly complicated. Like I said, it's all good when it's working. It's not so good when it's not working. That's where we get ourselves in trouble. So I've told you that repetition is the mother of skill and we have to become this frequency. So how do we do it? We now this is something that you should do every day. Journaling, meditating, visualizing. It can be all of it. I do all of it depending on the day. And you have to become very self aware. Some days my mind is so going like so fast. I have to literally like train myself like a dog, sit still, stop, set a timer and let your intellectual mind go. Cam, Nothing good happens when you're creating from chaos in your mind. Let it go like this. Today I just woke up clear headed, ready. So then I go to the gym in the morning and I get in my steps and so when I'm on the treadmill, oftentimes people come up to me, they're like, you're so smiley when you're on the treadmill. It's because I'm usually audible like something very rich or I'm listening to music and I'm visualizing. And so when I'm visualizing and I'm lost in what I'm creating, I'm smiling because it feels so good. So I'm empowering my mind while I empower my body. But you have to be self aware to know, can I do that and do it effectively while I'm moving my body, or do I need to sit still? So I know this may be foreign to a lot of people. When I first started doing this again, I'm a more strict, strategic kind of masculine thinker. It was very uncomfortable for me. Now, if I don't start my day this way, I get mad at myself. I missed an opportunity to tune my frequency and that's a missed opportunity to be my full, empowering self and to help be in that alignment. Remember, we're trying to be a beacon in the dark ocean. We're trying to be that lighthouse. The universe doesn't need your frequency to be perfect. It needs it to be consistent, which is steady. So the first year I made a million dollars, I was only 80% effective at generating one lead per day, which was my goal. 80% effective made me a history maker. Perfection.
