I want to recap for you some of the growth that this podcast has gone through this year. It has been an absolutely epic year for Kim Daly and all things on social media.
So this past year we have produced 52 episodes. We are now up at 105 star reviews. So thank you to all of you who have taken the time to go back and write me a review. I appreciate all of you. Thank you. That helps the ranking of this show.
And most importantly, I have transitioned many listeners into franchisees. After all, that is the point of Create Wealth Through Franchising Podcast and Kim Daily tv. Not to just entertain you, not to just coach you from the sideline, but to inspire you to get in the game, to use the platform of franchising to. To change your life, to help you build time and financial freedom, to become what I call unemployable by choice and totally financially free. Those are the key words as we exit 2025 that are going to set up Kim Daly's 2026.
Everything that I'm doing in 2026 is going up higher to the top of the funnel that I call unemployable and financially free. And that includes writing my first book. That's right. You heard it here first on Create. Well, through Franchising podcasting, Kim Daily TV. My book will come out in late 2026 and it is called some iteration of unemployable and financially free. And why not? Because that's why you follow me. That's what you want. That's what franchising has made me. I think it's what everybody wants. They want the freedom to work or to not work. And that's what I mean by unemployable, meaning my time is so valuable that no amount of salary anybody could ever offer to me would ever be worth it. And to have a knowing And a confidence for how to build wealth for yourself.
That's what unemployable by choice means means. And financially free. Well, I mean, hello, everybody wants to be financially free. And there are two definitions of financial freedom, right? There's the. The definition of I have more passive income coming into my home than it cost me to live. Therefore, work is by choice. I'm unemployable, but therefore I don't have to show up to earn money. That's financial freedom by technical definition.
But there's a much bigger, broader definition of financial freedom, because you can have money coming into your home, you can money in your bank account, and you can still not feel financially free. So really, what is financial freedom? It's a mindset. Ooh, a mindset. Well, now we're getting to where I want this episode, the last episode of 2025, to go to the mindset coaching piece. Because as all of you who follow me know, in this year, 2025, I morphed into high performance coach. I'm a mindset and manifestation coach in the franchising industry. And I will build the largest platform on the planet that will inspire the mindsets of millions of franchisees and franchise systems around the globe. And as you know, that platform is called the Z Suite. So in the Z Suite, we talk about all things mindset. So you say yes to the dream to own a franchise, and that buys you what I say equals 20% of the success equation. That's the strategy. It's a very important part. To go be an entrepreneur, as I'm doing here in the Z suite, means you need the grit, the tenacity, the hustle, the idea, the money. You need so much more than you need when you pay a franchise fee and buy down all of that learning curve by partnering yourself with people who've already figured it out. So if you can avoid being an entrepreneur, buying that 20% of the success equation, the toolbox, the proven business plan, the marketing, the training, the technology, and the camaraderie of being in business for yourself, but not by yourself. That is a very important part to you, building wealth through a business, in my opinion. But it's not the end all, be all. And that's why there's so many franchisees out there who are not yet living the dream, because there's nobody in the entire franchising industry talking about the other 80% of the success equation. And what is that, Kim Daly? That's how we think, how we talk, and how we act. Or better said, your mindset So a lot of people think, oh, I don't need that. I have a positive mindset. The work that we do in the Z Suite goes far beyond inspiring you to have a positive mindset. In fact, it goes way beyond that because I'm going to actually teach. Because inside the Z Suite, I'm teaching the fundamentals of success, meaning I'm teaching from the laws of the universe that govern success.
When have you ever heard that there are laws in the universe that govern success? Have you ever heard that when you work by law, the laws that govern the universe, the success in your business is mathematically guaranteed?
When have you ever heard that success is guaranteed in business, ever? Nobody ever says that, especially in franchising. It's highly illegal. And I'm not telling you you will be successful. I'm going to teach you how the laws work and help you work by law so that you can guarantee your own success. Because this is what I've done.
This is what took me from eight years as an average performing franchisee to one year later, back in my ninth year, making history in franchise consulting, but more importantly, making history for Kim Daly. I grew my revenue by 330, 50% in one 12 month period. And that was in my ninth year of business.
So my business strategy stayed the same. The economy from 2010 to 2011, let's all agree, it was the same and it sucked. Kim Daly was the same Kim Daly from 2010 to 2011.
So if nothing external to me changed, and yet everything changed, including history in franchise consulting, any history in my life, then what the heck changed? It was my mindset. And it wasn't because I started thinking positive. I've always been a positive person.
It was how I started showing up for myself every single day. It was the dream that I dared to dream and how I followed through on that dream. And ultimately it was who I became in the course of executing with consistency every single day that led me to this manifestation of a quantum leap in my revenue and a quantum leap in my life.
Now, I'm guessing that if you're listening to Kim Daily, that you not only want to own a business, but you want to own a successful business. You want to be one of the lucky few who get to be a top performer in a franchise. Well, I want to say, why is success and top performance left to the lucky few?
Why can't it be for every single listener of this podcast and for every single franchisee? Because nobody is investing their hard earned life savings to go out into a business and to be The C student.
But yet that's how we evaluate a franchise. We look at the earnings claim as if it's the end all, be all. And. And the. And the earnings claim is a representation of the C student. It's the average performance of a franchisee.
So by the nature of how most people explore franchises, they're setting themselves up with the mindset to be a C student, but yet they're saying, I want to be a legacy maker for my family, I want to build wealth. I want to become unemployable and financially free. Well, all of those things do not go together. They are incongruent.
You can't say one thing or use one tool and form your mindset around the tool while using different words to call in your future.
Because the universe gets confused, just like you get confused.
So this is how I'm going to start to work with you inside the Z Suite. And no, this episode isn't about selling you on the Z Suite. Although if that's what happens, that wouldn't be such a bad thing. But what I really want to do in this final episode is leave you with three key thoughts about how you can absolutely level up your mindset and change your life in 2026. Whether you join the Z Suite or not, it doesn't matter. These are three core fundamental principles that will absolutely help you change your life.
So let's get to it. The first one that I want to talk about is your ability to dream the dream.
So as adults, we often stop dreaming dreams. Why? We're told that's not responsible. We have responsibilities and we need to focus on the responsibility.
Maybe when we've dreamed in the past, through time and experience, the dream didn't come true. And so we just believe, hey, dreams are for other people. They're not for me.
Maybe we just are stuck behind. Can I really dream and believe for that and not be heartbroken when it doesn't happen? There's a lot of reasons why we stop dreaming, but your dreams are your power in your life. And I cannot stress this any more than I'm stressing it with the tone of my voice. You may roll your eyes and think, oh, you know, Kim Daly, we've heard this before, but there's a reason you've heard it before.
The dreamers are the people who are not just getting by. They're the people who live with intention. They're the people that are living on purpose. They're the people who are becoming unemployable and financially free because they have a Dream.
So let me ask you, do you have a dream? And not just a dream that's like, oh yeah, it would be really nice. Again with an eye roll. I mean a real dream. A dream that is so bold and so audacious that you don't even know if you dare say it out loud because you might be embarrassed to be like, who am I to dream this big? Listen, next to Kim Daly, I guarantee you, you can throw anything at me and I will never eye roll at you. Because I know for a fact that if you dare to dream the dream, if you have the desire in your heart, then that means in the quantum field, it's already done.
Then that means that every single thing that you desire, you can have.
Now you may say, Kim Daly, that's so untrue. That's not been my experience. Well, this is why I've created a coaching academy, because it is true. But you have to learn to work by law. There are natural laws of the universe that govern how our thoughts are become things. They're the same natural laws that govern how water in a pot, when you apply heat to it, becomes steam.
There's the law of perpetual transmutation of energy where everything in the universe will not be created or destroyed, that everything is just transmuting. And I'm going to teach you the physics of how your thoughts become things. And I'm going to teach you why it's so important. Important that you allow yourself to want what you want. I mean, unapologetically want what you want. You can never dream too big because the universe is unlimited. There are no limits except those which your logical, limited mind put on your dreams. And inside the Z Suite, I teach my students how to let go of the logic, how to stop facing reality so that they can create reality. We are the only animals in the animal kingdom given the power to take thoughts and turn them into things. All other animals work on pure instinct. But we humans have higher intellectual faculties that allow us to think conscientious thoughts and to hold our focused attention to those thoughts through our will, our tenacity and our focus, and to literally transmute those thoughts into physical things.
This is a natural law of the universe. It's the way that everything that's created in the universe was created and everything that you create in your life has been created. The problem is most people are unaware of their creative power and their thoughts are focused on what's going wrong, what they're not getting, what they thought they were owed. How the world is unfair.
Shall I continue and so by focused attention to those thoughts, that's the energy they're transmuting. And so by the law of attraction, what they send out must come back. And so then they're recreating more circumstances to feel life is unfair. I'm not getting what I thought I was owed in all of the things.
So it's becomes an awareness to what you're focused on. When you understand the creative power that you literally hold in your hands. And there's no judgment here. This is playful awareness. If you start judging yourself or living in regret, like, why didn't anybody tell me this when I was in first grade? Believe me, I wish I. I knew it when I was in first grade too. But you're here now. So effective immediately, you can become aware of the conscious thoughts that you're thinking every single day. And you can change them if they don't serve your purpose of wanting to become unemployable and financially free. If they don't serve the purpose for whatever you're trying to build in your life, you have the awareness now that your thoughts, through focused attention, become things.
And now you can change those thoughts. Now, when you come to the Z Suite, we spend a lot of time learning the science. Because I believe that when your logical mind can wrap its arms around how this works, it's easier to do it. Because people will say, well, how do you stay motivated when you believe that your dreams are real, no motivation is required. You will show up for yourself in the biggest way and every single day. Trust me, I am living proof. Many of you that work with me, that know me up close, you know that my positive energy, it doesn't wane. Like, I show up big every single day. Why? Because I absolutely believe in the power of my dreams. I believe that everything that I want is coming to me because the universe is good, and the universe wants what I want the minute that I want it. And I have manifested so many big things and small things in my life that the evidence is so real, you cannot tell me otherwise. And if you knew what I knew, you would show up for your big dreams exactly the same way, and no motivation would be required. So the first thing I want to leave you with as we wrap up this episode for 2025 is to go back to being. Being a dreamer, to live in your active imagination of what would I love? And dare to believe that it's possible.
Ask yourself, what would I love? Every single day, in every situation, and unapologetically want it. Because the universe wants what you want. The universe is on your side. The universe is good and loving, and the universe wants to deliver it to you. But we in our humanness don't even dare ask.
You cannot ask. You cannot receive if you haven't yet asked. And so to ask is to set clear intention into the universe. And to ask for the impossible dream is to ask, ask from the unlimited source. And those are the dreams that you wake up for. Those are the dreams that you do want to trade your life for. And that's what you're doing every single day. When you wake up and you're going through the motions of your life, you're spending your time.
You're investing the one limited resource we have as humans, which is time.
How many ways can I inspire you to dream the unlimited dream and to believe in the power of your dreams?
Now, the second thing I want to leave you with this year is that the money story that you have impacts your ability to build wealth.
My money story. What's a money story? Kim Daly, let me ask you a question. Has anybody ever said to you, money doesn't grow on trees? Or worse, have you said that? How do you feel when you open your bank account app?
How do you feel inside your nervous system? Are you nervous? Are you excited?
When you go to pay a bill? How do you feel about paying that bill?
So the ANSwers to those three questions alone will start to give you a glimpse into your money story. And your money story is what determines your ability to build a life of wealth and prosperity. Why has nobody ever told me this before? Kim Daly I know. It's why. When I learned about these principles, I thought to myself, dear Lord, why is nobody talking about this? We're taught that money is a piece of paper, that money equals success. Money doesn't equal success. Money can't come until you're successful. And money is way more than a piece of paper. Money is actually energy.
And when you are on the frequency of scarcity or lack or, or unbelief, you cannot build a life of true wealth and prosperity because money is not on that frequency. Money is on the frequency of abundance.
So you have to become abundance in order to receive abundance. Because that's a fundamental law of the universe, which you may know as the law of attraction. If you're a Christian, you might have heard, we reap what we sow.
That's the law of attraction. What goes out must come back. Well, you can't send scarcity and lack out into the universe and expect to receive abundance. You can't be a business Owner showing up with a poor mindset, a mindset that's disgruntled, a mindset that's angry, a mindset that doesn't really want to be there today and think that you're going to call in wealth and abundance.
You have to change who you are. And now we're moving to number three, which is your self identity. But before I move over there, your money story has the power to either keep you in poverty or to make you abundant. And so by understanding your money story and how this impacts every single thing that you do every single day and how that then impacts your your wealth and abundance story, doesn't that seem like it would be worth investing some time to unpack your money story? Trust me, I have a workshop. I did it all year on your money beliefs. But I spend a lot of time inside the Z suite working with my students on their money story. Because again, you cannot get to unemployable and financially free if you don't address.
You're scarce and limited and lack thoughts about money.
And so going to number three, the last thing that I want to leave you with is that your identity is the key to your success.
So what does that mean? Well, who you believe you are and what you believe you're worth determines what you get. So as business owners, we set out every single day to effort. We do all, we do all the things.
But if we're doing all the things from a person who doesn't really believe in what we're doing, or who is worried about the competition, or who is worried about the economy, or who hates our franchisor, then all the effort in the world will not make up for that misalignment that's inside of you. So you might as well not even show up for work today.
You've got to do the thinking work that first aligns you to a person of abundance, to a person who believes in their big audacious goals, to a person who knows their worth, to a person who understands the natural laws of the universe and how they work to govern our results?
You can go out there and you can effort and effort and effort and you might occasionally get a win and you might think, ooh, I got a little bit lucky today.
But here's the thing. Even if you effort and effort and you get the financial result that you want, you will not be able to repeat it. Why? Because you haven't become a person who can contain that wealth. It's like the lottery winner who suddenly comes into millions of dollars and then a few Years later goes broke. How does that happen?
It happens because where money is not welcome, it cannot stay.
So you have to become this wealthy vehicle, this wealthy container that can hold the abundance that you say that you want.
And when you become the person who identifies as wealth, then and only then can wealth come your way. And when it comes, it will come in such rapid amounts that you won't be able to contain it. And here's the best part. When you become abundance and abundance comes, it will stay. It's a permanent and lasting change. You won't be a one hit wonder. You won't be the salesperson that has one outstanding year and then falls back to average. I never went back to who I was in 2010. And after I became the new me in 2011, I went on to replicate that history making year and double that and tripled that and did all of the things. Why?
Because it was who I became in 2011 that allowed me to quantum leap my life and who I became. I was never going to go back to the old me. Why would I do that?
I wasn't efforting. I wasn't working harder. I was working differently because I became someone different. And that small shift is the shift that is needed to transform your life. And the transformation will be so rapid and will be permanent, it will have your head spinning. It will make you believe in the magic of the universe. It will make you believe that everything, anything is possible. And here's the thing.
Anything is possible when you dare to believe it and when you understand the natural laws that govern the universe.
So. So I am so happy and grateful to have spent an entire year with you. Thank you for following me. Thank you for believing in me and for those that have reached out to me who are now franchisees. Thank you for the opportunity to help you change your life and move toward your definition of financial freedom. But for those who are still out there, who are doubting it, I want to meet you. You may not be ready to own a business. You may not be ready to even adopt some of these rich ideas that I've instilled on you today. But what if.
What if there's a tiny crack in the door and when you come to me, I can widen that crack and help you open that door so that you can allow everything that you want into your life. Into your life. I don't brag about Kim Daly when I say that I am living proof. I say it to inspire you that I learned all of this by doing.
And then I went back to read the books and said, oh my gosh, yes, that's what I did. And the rich ideas that I learned from the book cemented who I had become and what I was doing in my business to create all of these dramatic results.
It's what you want. It's what's keeping you trapped on the sideline, but it's also what you want to get you off of the sideline. It's what you want. If you've already said yes to a business, and I'm telling you, it's all right here for you. So this is your final call to action of 2025.
