What are your goals for 2026? Come on, don't give me a big fat eye roll and say, oh, Kim Daly, you know, every year we set out with New Year's resolutions and by February 1st we're already over it. Listen, if you don't have any goals for your life, how can you be motivated to get out of bed every day? Like people always comment on how energetic I am, how motivated I am. Well, I believe so so much in my dreams. That motivation, it's not even required. When you believe that your dreams are possible, you don't have to motivate yourself to get out of bed and go make them happen every day. When you wake up and show up, the universe is going to deliver what you want. These are fundamental laws of the universe that always work. The problem is, as adults, most people stop dreaming dreams.
[00:01:22] Speaker A: Why?
[00:01:22] Speaker B: Why do we stop dreaming dreams as adults? Because we have responsibilities.
Because it seems frivolous.
Because time and experience has shown us it just leads to heartbreak. My dreams don't actually come true, Kim. I gave up on dreams a long time ago. But if you live from there, don't you feel like cynical? Don't you feel tired? I mean, how do you live with any passion and joy and abundance inside of you when you live with those kind of cynical, negative thoughts? You can't get to a life of prosperity and abundance when deep inside of you, you lack belief about what's possible for you. The two just don't go together. There are natural laws of the universe that govern success. And you can't have scarcity on one end and abundance on the other and think that you're going to get from scarcity to abundance. From abundance comes abundance, right? And so if you want to build a prosperous, abundant, passionate, joy filled life like I know, it all starts with your hashtag goals. It all starts with you dreaming and then daring to believe in those dreams. So I've been a franchise consultant for a really long time, 23 years.
And during that time I went from an average performing consultant for eight years to a history making franchise consultant in my ninth year. So I grew my revenue by 350% in one calendar year. How would you like to increase the amount of money coming into your home? By 350% by this time next year, I'm going to tell you it's possible. It's possible because I did it. And if I did it, you, you can do it. Now, I own a business. So if you're at a job that may not be a true statement, but as a franchise consultant, I can help you get to that business cash flowing return where you have control over how much money you earn or don't earn. Okay, so for eight years I made 250. And then I dared to dream. A bold, audacious, seemingly impossible seven figure dream.
And I dared to believe in that dream.
And from that dream, I had inspired ideas that I didn't have in the first eight years when I wasn't dreaming of a million dollar business. By daring to dream the dream, I started to think differently. And when I thought differently, I had inspired ideas about what actions to take. Now, little did I know then what I know now that that I had stumbled upon the creative process of the universe. The creative process in the universe, which is the way that everything that's created in our lives is created, was created, ever will be created, is the following. And you know it. Ask + believe equals receive. So the reason this video is about goals. Because the first part of the creative process is what ask you have not. Because you ask not. Where there is no vision, the people perish. These are spiritual truths that you can find in the Bible. They're also natural laws of the universe. The universe nature abhors a vacuum. What is a vacuum? A person living without a dream. A person without goals. There's a vacuum. How can you expect to be abundant and joyful when you're living in a vacuum? When you're living by survival? Because you're not daring to dream about what's possible.
Now, I understand you've dreamed before and you've been let down. But sometimes it's because you gave up on the dream too soon. It's because you applied a timeline that the universe didn't have.
It's because you didn't align fully to that dream. The creative process always works. The universe wants what you want. Every single time period you ask and it is given.

[00:05:55] Speaker B: But what did I say the true creative process was? Ask+believe. So if every time you ask it is given.
Then what's the missing link?
Belief.
And you won't even dare to believe in a hashtag goal because your life has shown you in the past not to believe in it. And so you say my dreams don't come true. And so you stop dreaming. But you can't get to a life of prosperity and abundance and joy and happiness if you don't dare to dream. Because that's the asking part. The work of our lives is really belief.
It's asking without filters.
Right? The minute we start to ask, especially for something new or something impossible like a million dollar business, we start to filter out why it's not possible.
Our active logical mind intercedes and talks us out of it. Now, I'm not going to get into it in this video, but there are biological reasons why that happened, that once you become aware of that voice, you can shush that voice. Every single one of us as humans has it. It's a survival tactic. But we're not here to survive when we're trying to dream an impossible dream. We're trying to thrive.
So we have to learn how to become aware and override that biological response, that logical mind that holds us back, that that part of us that wants to face reality. Well, if I can't see it, I can't believe it. That's not the creative process. The creative process is ask plus believe equals receive. And you have to believe it in order to see it. This is opposite of everything that we've ever been taught in school by well meaning teachers and parents. It's the opposite. Now if you were raised in church, you might have heard of these principles before because they are spiritual principles, but they're also natural laws of the universe. We don't have to talk about God if you don't want to talk about God. We'll talk about the universe and we'll talk about the quantum physics that Einstein himself said. This is not spirituality or philosophy. This is physics. The universe operates by law, by mathematical equations that are so precise we can land a rocket on the moon and time the landing to the precision of a second. How do we do that? Because everything in the universe is governed by a mathematical equation, including the success in your life, including the wealth and abundance that you're saying you want, but yet you're not in alignment with it. Because you're thinking scarce and limited thoughts. Because you're saying if I can't see it, I can't believe it. Because you're not working from the one and only creative process. Ask+Believe equals Receive. Because you won't set a hashtag goal for 2026. I'm not judging you. I will live that way for eight years as a business owner. And I did okay. But trust me, the last 13 years that I've been living with impossible goals, I have been living a legendary life. And that's not Kim Daly. Just saying, legendary. Ask anybody in the franchising industry that knows me. They know that what I built seems miraculous to other people. Sometimes it seems miraculous even to me. Because there's an element of magic when you learn to create, when you learn to own all the power that is yours. And you learn to manifest anything that you desire. And the more you practice it, the faster, faster those manifestations coming again, the faster those manifestations come. And again, I'm not bragging on Kim Daly. I'm just living proof. I say I'm the role model. I'll be the template for you. Like, I'll help you know what I know. That is why I make content. That is why I want to meet you. That is why I do everything that I do. Because it's one thing for me to sit here and learn all these natural laws of the universe and put them into play in my business and keep growing and accomplishing seemingly impossible things, but let me tell you, it's quite another for me to dream a dream to take what I know and to inspire you. And that's what happened for me in 2025.
I opened the first mindset and Manifestation coaching academy within the franchising industry to help franchisees level up, to take the amazing strategy that they pay for from the franchisor, but to apply a peak performance mindset. It's the difference between average performing Kim Daly for eight years and history making legendary Kim Daly for the last 13 years. The difference is owning my creative power, understanding that ask plus believe equals receive. And it begins with clarity in the asking.
So let me ask you one more time.
What are your goals for 2026?
Can you dare to believe in them? Can you dare to believe for the impossible things that you know you were made for? And can you dare to believe that if you ask with clarity and hold an unwavering belief in yourself in the face of reality, that may be showing you something different at the moment?
