[00:00:00] Speaker A: Welcome back to Create Wealth Through Franchising podcast and Kim Daily tv. Boy, do we have a very special episode in store for you today. Two of my all time favorite candidates I've ever worked with who began their journey right here by listening to this podcast. So this is a full circle moment for all of us because those listeners out there, you know that I love bringing my former candidates now franchisees back into the studio to share their story. That's a dream coming true for Kim Daly, but I think it's also a dream come true for James because he started his journey right here listening to Kim Daly and couldn't believe when Kim Daly reached out to talk to her, to talk to him herself. And so anyway, with that introduction, James and Gina Blair, welcome to the studio of Kim Daly tv. [00:00:48] Speaker B: Oh, thank you so much. [00:00:50] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:00:51] Speaker C: Or whatever time of day, wherever you. [00:00:53] Speaker A: Live, it's so fun to have you here. Now, James and Gina are now franchisees of a company called Home Homestretch, and they live just outside of Nashville in Old Hickory, Tennessee, for those people who may know where that is. But let's go back to the beginning of your journey. What was happening in your lives when you thought, geez, we need to do something different? And you stumbled upon Create wealth through Franchising podcast and started binging. Kim Daly. [00:01:20] Speaker B: Binging is the perfect word I used devouring. It was last summer. And my wife here is a teacher. And most of you know, from a teaching perspective, you know, there's certain caps and limits on income and ability to grow. And me, just a middle aged guy in corporate America, normal W2 jobs, facing the struggles, wanted something different. Being a dad of teenage boys, I wanted to show them there was another way. And I stumbled across her podcast is one of those where, you know, you go in a search engine, you type, and here she pops up her smiling face. And so every day, literally for like a month, I would take walks in my neighborhood listening to Kim Daly. I started all the way back to the beginning doing it. And every day I got more and more courage to take that big step as somebody again in. In his 50s making that big step. I'm close, way closer to retirement than I am at the beginning of the career. But I did it. And thanks to her, I reached out, just like she says at the end of all of her podcasts, and said, I need to talk to Kim. I sent her the email and then, then I told Gina, guess what we're going to do? [00:02:25] Speaker A: And. [00:02:27] Speaker B: And we started down that path. We got that call from you. And had no idea where the next thing was going to go. We didn't really have any idea what we were going to do. But again, that's where you came in, Kim, and helped. You gave us this diverse from brick and mortar to, you know, home services, across the board, swimming teams. It was just very vast. But, you know, you came at us because you listened to her, you listened to me, and you brought things to us that you thought that we would like and ultimately begin to whittle it down again, learning from you that it's not about the widgets, it's not about the things, it's not even about the business. And we certainly can say that we love our home stretch, being part of homestretch. Kim introduced us to them, and it was people. It's always people. So don't ever. If you're home right now and you're. You're just thinking about what do you want to do? Don't worry about the what you. You get a franchise consultant. You talk to somebody like Kim and let her guide you where. Where you can go. Because it's going to be about introducing you to the right people so that you have that you're never going at it alone. That's the biggest takeaway. As you're not reinventing the wheel, you're not reinventing anyway. You need to be good at executing a playbook. You need to be good at communicating. That's what we do. Two different parts of our business. I'm the back of the house, the operations guy. Gina's the face of our business, and we run the playbook. We have calls every week, and we've been a franchise owner for a year now. And we have five wonderful people that. That we call corporate. They're not really corporate. They're our partners. And their number one thing, and we hear it from Derek and Nick all the time, is they want us to be successful. If we're not successful, you know, it's, it's. It's. It affects them. They don't make money if we don't make money. It's just the. It's the way it goes. But, yeah, you take away. It's people, not things. It's not the business. [00:04:21] Speaker A: So, okay, so you're at this, you know, I think very. I don't want to say typical, but a fork in the road, you know, comes along. You're like, doing the corporate thing. You're like, what are we doing? We're not getting where we want to go. We have dreams of building a legacy, showing our kids Something different. And so you naturally think about a franchise. How. How did the franchising thing come in? Or did you just Google? And then literally, the franchise idea popped in because I came into your feet. [00:04:48] Speaker C: Well, actually, we were at a campground with some friends, very good friends, and the husband, wife, team, and the husband has always wanted to own a restaurant franchise, and it's been a dream of his forever and ever. And he. He took the step, bought into a franchise that's actually being built in Mount Juliet, right across from Costco. So he got a great location. We're so excited. But he said, you know, you all should take your 401k and get a business where you guys can be in charge of your lives and your own money and your own destiny. And so that lit the fire, I think, for James to start going on his podcast journey, and came across you, Kim, and he just was like, this woman's incredible, and, oh, my gosh. And you need to listen to her. And I was like, but I drive less than a minute to my preschool. I don't really have time to listen to her, and I can't listen while I'm at work. And, you know, and then I come home and we deal with the boys and homeschooling and stuff. And so. But the snippets I did get, yeah, definitely lit a fire. And very. Your positivity is something that I'm attracted to because I'm a positive person as well. And I think that just that energy was, you know, reciprocated, even if I only got you in minutes here and there, whereas James was, like, hours taking walks. [00:06:09] Speaker B: I know. I feel. See, I feel like I know you, and it's. It's. It's not right, because it's one of those. Yeah, I listen to you an hour every day for, like, a month. And so it's like, I would talk about you, like, as if you were my neighbor. [00:06:20] Speaker A: It, like, just is humbling and flattering all at the same time. And so. Okay, so now we've established that Gina was a preschool teacher, and she's in a business called Homestretch, which she's taking the lead on while James keeps his job at the beginning. So let's fill in the gap there, because I'm sure the listeners like, okay, you said it's not about widgets. This is really not about widgets. I remember that there were certain things that you said to me in the consultation about relationships with realtors that made me start to perk up. But tell me from your perspective what you recall as, like, why I connected you to Homestretch. [00:06:57] Speaker C: I think one of the biggest things is James and I. Well, I'm a giver, and I love giving back to the community. That's one of the things that we've tried to teach our boys as they were growing up is to give back to the community because it will come back to you. And that's something that you mentioned in the Z suite, which. Which is. Which is great. The importance of us having a business for me was I didn't want somebody to have to come to us if they had extra money and they wanted to spend it on some, like a pampering or, you know, an art paint, an art thing or whatever. I wanted us to be a need that we could fill, that people would feel like, oh, thank God you were here. Thank goodness that you were able to solve a problem, you know, get grandma's house ready for market and. And. And just get it done quickly. And it was so easy and effortlessly done. And, you know, you. You presented of several companies that kind of fit that need. But with Homestretch, we really felt a connection with. My dad was a general contractor, and so, like, I grew up with him building things to perfection. And James had a grandfather that taught him how to build everything from the ground up. And so, like, construction's kind of something that we've, you know, we've always done our own home improvement things around the house where we did our kitchen, and it was just one of those things that we took those skills and the just being able to help people in their time of need, and it just kind of fit really well with Homestretch. And then after we met the. The franchise owners, we. We knew they were the right fit for us too, because they're just supportive and kind, and they. They're. They're ballers, you know, they know what they're doing, and they, like James said earlier, they want to be successful. They're going to do everything they can to make sure that we're successful. [00:08:55] Speaker A: I remember when you guys came back from Cincinnati, I placed multiple people into Homestretch, but I remember you more than anybody, and maybe because you were the first ones, but I remember your elation at meeting the people and just going on and on and on about, like, how these were. So I love that, and it's so true. The number one reason to be a franchisepreneur versus entrepreneur is because you find people, right? If you want to go do it on your own and you want to invent the wheel and you don't want support, don't invest in a franchise. This is about finding people, finding your tribe, finding your culture. And it's not just the leadership, but it's this family that they're going to build around that culture. And that's what you want. You want to be able to pick up the phone and call other franchisees in neighboring markets or, you know, that can help you when you have a problem, and then vice versa, they want to be able to call you. So it's not just a corporate office. It's this whole collective family. It's the environment. And that's where, you know, I think, James, you said you're a business for yourself, but not by yourself. And that's really the one of the key takeaways from franchising. So, so great. And I forgot the connection to your parents being in construction. But let's also fill in the gap for the listener. Let's tell the listener in just basic detail what a homestretch franchise actually is. [00:10:15] Speaker C: So what we do is we help prepare houses for market. So we do painting, flooring, landscape cleanup, move out, cleans, junk removal, and light handyman work. We try to be a one call fits all for cosmetic fixes to people's houses, whether they're moving out or if they want to live and love their house longer. [00:10:40] Speaker A: So your, your primary customer is the real estate agent who's either trying to sell that house quickly or help the new people moving in get it ready so they can move in faster. [00:10:49] Speaker C: Yeah, agents are definitely our best referral partners. And we, we say partner with love because we want to make sure that they know that we're not undermining. You know, if a real estate agent goes in the house and makes suggestions, we want to support those suggestions. And, you know, a lot of the time the clients, the homeowners will say, well, what else do you think we could do? And we give those suggestions, obviously. But we're also not trying to relocate a wall because we want more money. We don't do that. We're just making your. We're making your house pretty so that you can make more money. The real estate agent can make more money, and you guys can move on to your next adventure. [00:11:27] Speaker A: I love it. And you mentioned your dad. So is there an elderly component when people are transitioning maybe from living independently to moving into an assisted facility? [00:11:37] Speaker B: That's probably been a third of our customer base, ironically enough. Well, you know, we, we know from population demographics, and this is the neat thing about a franchise. I would have never known this had been a loan, but they have all this data they give us. So not only are we going out doing presentations to real estate brokerages, you know, we're armed with data, we armed with information so that when we approach a real estate agent who is a subject matter expert, we are too. We are in the. What we need to do cosmetically in our home. We also understand where the largest demographics are, and that is the boomer generation. You know, those transitioning to retirement. There's going to be more of those in the next decade than at any time. And I couldn't imagine doing this on my own because I have the. We have the relationships that Homestretch created nationwide. There's up to 70 franchises network. We were number 13, thanks to you. And so, you know, we get to be one of those where it's weird, but we're called old timers now. [00:12:31] Speaker C: Yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:12:35] Speaker B: Or something. And it's. But it's an amazing journey. But the, you know, the Playbook is solid, the people are solid, and. And that's going to be the same thing with any franchise that you recommend, Kim, because you're not going to steer anybody wrong. People have to apply it. You know, if. If you're going to come into this and you think you want to add your special sauce or you think the franchise should be doing it a certain way, don't be an idiot, because that's exactly what you're doing. Go back to the Playbook, call one of the owners, sit down with them and talk you off the cliff, you know, get you back and get with the plan. Stick with the plan. Don't reinvent the wheel. The entrepreneurial itch that you'll have in here is going to become from personality aspects of it. Because every job is selling. We sell all the time, every time, whether we're with a client, a Realtor, or whatever. It's your personality. There's your entrepreneurship, because you understand your brand and what it is you're selling and what you're trying to solve at the end of the day. [00:13:31] Speaker A: And when you say you're a subject matter expert, James, did you have to come to the table as the subject matter expert or was that all through training? [00:13:40] Speaker B: It was training. They have a Playbook, literally online. They use this awesome CRM customer resource tool. And if I have a moment of idiocracy, as I like to call it, I just go to the. Or Google workspace, and it's right there. They have it like it's page 235. Don't be an idiot. Or if you are, here's what you do. [00:14:02] Speaker C: Yeah, I went, I went from, I went from acronyms like IEP and 504 and you know, like school terms. [00:14:10] Speaker A: Preschool terms. Yeah. [00:14:12] Speaker C: To business terms. And I often go, what does that mean? Like, I don't know what it means. I don't, I don't know. But, you know, my phone, I get to look up with ROI and all the things. You know, there's so many. [00:14:23] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:14:24] Speaker C: But yeah, it's definitely a learning, learning experience from, for me, because being a preschool teacher and then having. Being goofy all day long to having to be serious, professional. [00:14:36] Speaker A: I heard serious all day long, Gina. I think that would sell the job. All day long, people want to work. [00:14:42] Speaker C: I usually have clothes in my hairs, but I thought I would, you know, shouldn't wear them for this interview. You. But anyway, yeah, it's, it's, it's great because like he said, if there's ever, you know, we'll get a client that'll want, hey, can you do this at our house? And it might not be something that is in our necessary playbook, but it is something that needs like a countertop bathroom renovation, you know, something like that. It's not something that we do, but we have a. We have the team, we have the support, we have our founders saying, you know, whether it's worth it or not and how much, you know, how much you all charge for this, because it's something that, whatever. But it's great because owning a franchise, you have the support of the founders of the other people who are in the franchise. With Homestretch, they, they started a new thing called the founder circle. So they took people from different regions across the nation who are the ballers in the industry, and they became the leaders of the founder circle. So now not only do we have our bi weekly full company meetings, but now we have these offset meetings with just the people in our region because we know regionally what's happening. You know what, pricing here is going to be way different than pricing in California or out where you live. So being able to speak to people that live near us that, that are in the same demographic, you know. [00:16:16] Speaker B: Yeah, they're a different success place. You know, they're. Most of these people are the franchises 0 through 10, you know, those leaders. So they're already knocking on the seven figure income. And there are, there are coaches that we can go to. So that's just a second level of coach again, brought to us by the franchise. [00:16:33] Speaker A: Yeah, that's wonderful. Okay, so this is so good. So let's talk a little bit about this growth journey. So you, you became franchisees in octo, October of 2024. We're recording in December, early December of 2025. So let's just call it about a year. So let's talk about some of the personal growth and maybe like just share a little bit of there. Were there expectations that were exceeded? Were there expectations that were not met that now you realize were maybe false expectations? Anyway, like just share a little bit about the personal growth because, you know, I'm the mindset coach and I believe that business ownership is the absolute best playground for adults who want to grow up. Right between you and you. That's your flesh, you and your spirit, you and connect the two because that's where the growth that we want in this life comes from. And I think business ownership is the absolute best place for all of that growth to happen. It's certainly where it happened for me. So share a little bit about that with the followers. [00:17:35] Speaker B: I'll go first on this. So in case you have people haven't figured out by now, we're a very different people from a yin and yang perspective. Kim talks about manifesting growth and so forth. That's very much her. I tend to be on the other wing of that. I'm, I'm preparing for something to happen and I'm learning to stop that. That's been my challenge this year is being a new business owner and sometimes delaying making some business decisions. Maybe I should. We have a full time salesperson now. We added that year. I should have did it sooner. That was a mistake that I made and that's all part of learning. We're taking some other steps to grow ourselves. You know, in our mindset, it's not just about jumping in. It's about understanding you. You have. Everybody has shortfalls. She's a teacher, I'm a sales guy. I'm a corporate sales guy who's transitioning his life. Her, she has one goal, to work me out of a job. But that's the goal. [00:18:33] Speaker A: That's my word. Unemployable. [00:18:36] Speaker B: And do you know what was yours? [00:18:38] Speaker C: I don't. I mean, gosh, I've grown so much through this thing. I have discovered that I don't like making cold calls. But I, but I did, I did do them until our buddy Jonathan came along. And he's amazing at it, so I'm glad to have him. My, my biggest thing was reaching out to the people, going, seeing, loving on people, just shaking hands. And getting to know more people. I'm a in person person. And so anyway, I think for me, the biggest growth that I've had over this last year is that daily devotional, like making sure do what kind of crier. I'm a crier. [00:19:25] Speaker A: Daily. [00:19:26] Speaker B: She cries at comedy shows daily. [00:19:28] Speaker C: Daily. Spelled just like that. No, you know, in the beginning, God put God first. Like, those are the first words of the Bible, right? In the beginning, God. And so, like, really trying to put a little bit of spiritual in every morning, even before I get out of. [00:19:43] Speaker B: Bed and gotta give so we can get. [00:19:47] Speaker C: Yeah. I mean, there's been times where I'm like, oh, it's been a hard day. It's been, you know, a big, giant learning curve for me. And I'll open up my devotional and it'll say, stay with me in all things. I've got your back. And I'm just like, okay, you do, and I know you do. And so I think for me, my spiritual self has grown a lot over this time. And it definitely helps keep that positivity flow because I. I cannot walk around with people that are weighing on me, you know, like the negative stuff. And there's times where James, he's got that negative cloud, and I'm like. [00:20:32] Speaker A: Make it go away. [00:20:33] Speaker C: I. You know, yeah, we might have had a bad business day, but, yeah, you know that tomorrow's a new day, today, this afternoon's a new moment, like every moment. Let's make it positive and beautiful, even if we have to fit the smile to get through it, you know, But. But it helps. It helps so much just to keep the positive energy. And also, you know, we work out of our home. We don't want to have any of that negativity to transfer into our boys and just into our living space. And so we have to, you know, your kids watch. [00:21:05] Speaker A: Oh, yeah. [00:21:06] Speaker B: So we're. We're. They always watch. And it doesn't. Whether it's business or your life. So we have to set that example. And, you know, we don't want. We never wanted to paint a picture that it's. It's all sunshine and rainbows. And it's not you will struggle, but through struggle comes growth. That is where you're going to learn so much. And just like Derek and Nick say to us, that's your scar, buddy. Put a band aid on it and get after it. Yeah, you know, just. That's a. Nick is a more or less. But yeah, it's. That's it. Just be prepared. Go into it. Open minded, regardless of what your faith is. And if you're doing this with your spouse, you have to communicate over, communicate because you will take some things out. You'll, you'll take a bad moment for you out. I'll take it out on her. I don't do that anymore. Now she can be a sounding board. And again, it just, it strengthens your relationship. And if you are a person of faith, I will say will, it will strengthen that too. It'll help you understand more about yourself. [00:21:59] Speaker A: I think you have to be a person of faith if to succeed in business because what are you believing in when you see the result of what you're doing? Right? This is the place where you will, your faith will be tested more than, than anything in your life because your money is on the line and your money makes you emotional and you're learning something new which makes you, it's unfamiliar and it's in, it makes you insecure. No matter how secure you used to be in the identity you had in corporate America, the minute that you step into business ownership, you now have a new costume, you know, and it is a costume. I've talked a lot about that in the Z Suite this year because when we step into this new identity, and I, I, I know this because I had to step into a new identity to create the Z Suite. I had a very cushy, comfortable, known, familiar, legendary, successful life, right as a franchise consultant. But my spirit was calling for growth. And so I pushed it down for as long as I could until I just couldn't stand myself for taking the easy path. And what I recognized was that's the fork in the road where most people find me. And I love myself more for putting myself into that position where now after 23 years of working with thousands of you in that position, I found myself in that position. And I could identify even more closely with where you are in your growth journey and what you're trying to do by investing in a business. And so I had to put on this costume of this global CEO of a mindset and manifestation business which is basically like introducing, I don't even know, like sliced bread to an industry that's just like, doesn't want it, right? Like the whole franchising industry is based on strategy. And here I'm like, no strategy is only going to take you from A to B. But it's your dreams, it's your goals, it's your positive attitude. It's, and it's not selling positivity. This is, this is quantum physics. This is how the natural laws of the universe work. By reaping and sowing, by understanding that you are frequency and your vibration and what you're giving off. Every time you meet somebody, you shake a hand, you look them in the eye, you speak a word to them. People don't hear what you say. They feel the vibration coming from you. So you have to do the daily thinking work to change that vibration to the outcome that you want to give to other people. So you can go out there and you can have the absolute best franchisor in the world, the best strategy in the world. But if you are coming at it from a place of lack, from a place of insecurity, from a place of I'm not qualified to. That is what people hear. And that is why your sales aren't there. That's why your closing ratios are horrible. That's why your saying my, you don't know my market. I can't sell up the ticket. They are telling me I've got to take a lower price. All of that is untrue. What's true is the vibration you're giving off is telling people that's true. And so the work of the Z Suite not to make this but we are going to transition because you're in my sweet deal. The work of the Z suite is to help you understand you because when you understand you then you can lead from a wobble free place, from a place that is confident, from a costume that doesn't feel like a costume anymore. You know what feels like a costume to Kim Daly stepping back into full time franchise consultant. There were times when my lead flow through franchise consulting started to dip. Well yeah, because that's not what I'm calling in anymore. But then the old me that's familiar with that started to freak out. I have had to combat myself over and over and over this year and realign and realign. And this is exactly what I'm teaching every single business owner. It's so amazing because I'm walking this journey with you as a new, you know, as a new CEO. A person I've never been dream I've. I've had maybe for my entire life but never dared to actually take action on. And these two lovely people have joined me in the Z suite. So let's, as we wrap this up let's just talk a little bit about. I know you're just brand new and I think you've maybe been to one class but tell me a little bit about even that one class and the impressions you have and what you may feel this could do for you going into 2026, it's a. [00:26:37] Speaker B: It's a lot. I wasn't not. It was not what I expected, and I'm. I'm thankful for that. You know, I don't want to give away your secret sauce or anything, but we've talked about it throughout this whole podcast here, and it is about understanding where you are, where you fit in society. The energy you give off, what do you manifest in your life? These are things that everyday people most. You don't focus on these things and, and that was where you were really centering us and grounding us from. You know, Jean and I, when we did our first one, we were sitting on our back deck back here before the weather went crazy, and, and we were listening to it together. And it was kind of one of those where we would look at each other just. It was not what I expected. And I implore any of you out there, iron sharpens iron. If you want to grow, challenge yourself to do something different or look at yourself differently in the mirror. But in order to do that, you got to step outside of your comfort zone. Go see people like Kim. If you're looking for a franchise, you call Kim. You know, reach out to her. She will help you with that step and give you that vocal courage, is what I'll call it, a vocal courage to get out of your way and maybe counsel you with talking to your spouse or your loved one, whatever that journey is for you. But she'll help you with that because you need it. I needed it and I got it and still getting it. So thank you, Kim, for that. [00:28:01] Speaker A: Well, it's a never ending journey. I'm doing it. I've been a business owner for 27 years and, you know, I'm in the material that I'm teaching every single day and have been for the last 13 years. And this is what changed my life. This, this thinking is what allowed me to go from an average performer for eight years to a history maker. I didn't know the material like I know it today, but I had intuitive ideas led by, you know, just inspiration. By going to God and saying, I want more and waiting for that divine inspiration. Well, now I understand why that worked. And I can teach you the science. I can teach you. We can come from a faith based perspective, but I often think that the science part, talking about changing states of matter, you know, like, what does a pot of boiling water have to do with me being successful in my business camp? I'm going to tell you it has everything to do with your success in a business when you understand. So if that intrigues you, I'm going to, you know, encourage you. Go to thedailycoach.com or the z suite.com you can find all of my information. I really want people who are on the sideline. You can't get into business ownership because they're so afraid of themselves and I'm not judged. That's a judgment free statement. Like, I know that there are people who want to own a business, but they just don't have the confidence in themselves. Well, this work will give you the confidence because it's going to teach you how success happens. Success isn't by luck. Success is a guarantee when you understand the natural laws of the universe and you're willing to do the thinking work, not the efforting, not the struggling, not the grinding it out. Strategic, logical work that the world has taught you is how results come. I'm going to teach you in a simplified way what the effortless way is to every single thing that you want. And then if it's not for you, it's not for you. But what I find is that when most people come, they want to come back because there's a resonance in your spirit. There's a hunger for this work. I know. That's been so true for me again for the last 13 years, since I woke up and understood these principles. I want to read them every single day. I want to watch a podcast every single day. I want to. I mean, I'm on YouTube looking for new coaches, new mentors. I myself paid a manifestation coach $100,000 this year so that I could level up to her. Why? Well, two reasons. One, I wanted to signal to the universe I'm ready to align myself to a coach who believes she's worth a hundred thousand dollars. And she is. And number two, one day I want to get paid $100,000 for being her. And so in order to receive, guess what, baby, you gotta give. And so that's why I did it. And so anyway, not to make this too much about the Z Suite, but if you're intrigued, if you already own a business and you feel stuck, you're like, why am I not making the money? How do I quantum leap my business like Kim Daly? I want to invite you to come. If you're on the sideline of life and you can't yet get into the business game, come because when you understand yourself and you understand how life actually works, you will have the confidence. And in the end, I'M telling you, you can be, do and have anything you want once you understand how it all comes. And that's why I'm so excited for both of you. 2026 could be a legendary year. You could skyrocket to beyond the ballers, the Founders Club, if you're not in that club. Because this work, as you said, James, not people are out there struggling for the result. And you can be successful that way at the cost of your health, at the cost of the balance of your life. But what if there was a way for you to have legendary results but not kill yourself to do it? There is a way. I know the way. And that's why I started the Z Suite. [00:31:53] Speaker B: That's right. It's called working for us, not somebody else. [00:31:56] Speaker A: I'm so excited for you. I'm so excited for this very full circle moment. I appreciate you just taking the time out of your very busy day to come and be our special guest. So, you know, I close every episode by asking you for a final piece of advice for anybody who's out there, who's listening, who's not yet in the franchise ownership or business ownership game. What advice do you have for that listener right now? [00:32:18] Speaker B: Well, first they have to listen to your podcast. Go right now. The daily podcast, the daily Coach. Go on your walks, eat your lunch, whatever it is you're doing at your W2 job, listen to her while you're doing it, because the inspiration will come. You'll hear stories from people like us who are in these trenches. And we're doing it. We made that decision. That's in our rear view mirror now. We're now transitioning to what are we going to look like next? And Kim's helping us do that, too. So please, just do yourself a favor, do your family a favor, step out there, reach out to her, make that decision for you. You are in charge of your growth. You will never regret it. [00:32:58] Speaker C: And you can teach an old dog new tricks. Yes, you can. [00:33:03] Speaker B: School teacher and sales guy still learning those tricks. [00:33:08] Speaker A: Amazing. God bless you both. Thank you so much for blessing us. [00:33:12] Speaker B: You too, Cam. [00:33:13] Speaker A: You are game changers. Well, you heard him say it. For those who are on the sideline, who are ready, don't even need the Z Suite. You just needed to hear it one more time. You know what to do. Follow the link in the description right now, because I can't wait to meet you. And until next time, please don't forget that my name is Kim Daly and I want to be your daily Daily Coach.
